Supporting Local US Military Veterans and Support Programs with 1st & Goal Project
Coto De Caza, California, April 12, 2024 – AAA Roofing is proud to announce its participation in the 2nd Annual Celebrity and Veteran Golf Invitational, which took place on April 8, 2024, hosted by 1st & Goal Project. The tournament, organized by the 1st & Goal Project, is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering personal and economic independence for those in need during transition.
The 2nd Annual Celebrity and Veteran Golf Invitational 1st and Goal Project is an opportunity for veterans, celebrities, and companies to come together to benefit veteran support programs such as Merging Vets and Players (MVP), Care Possible, Veteran Legal Institute, and Patriots & Paws. 100% of the proceeds will directly go to these local veteran support programs.

The 1st & Goal Project was founded by ex-professional football player Dave Des Rochers. 1st & Goal Project aims to equip individuals with the skills and opportunities needed to secure meaningful employment. Despite the strength of the job market, a significant challenge persists in connecting the unemployed and underemployed with suitable employment opportunities. Many individuals, including veterans, former athletes, justice-involved individuals, substance abuse survivors, trafficked victims, and survivors of domestic violence, seek to improve their socio-economic status and achieve self-sufficiency. The 1st & Goal Project stands as a means of support for these individuals, offering resources to facilitate their transition into employment.
